Each product page describes the edition, format, and delivery method included with your purchase.

When your purchase is available

Downloads become available after payment is confirmed. Open your private order confirmation page to access the files available for your order. You do not need to sign in to use that order link.

Your order email also includes access to your purchase. If payment is still being confirmed, check your order page again before placing another order.

Where to find your downloaded book

The book is saved to your device instead of opening automatically. Look for a file whose name begins with the title of the book. Your browser may use a different folder if you have changed its download location.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Files app.
2. Tap Browse, then open Downloads under iCloud Drive.
3. If it is not there, check Downloads under On My iPhone or On My iPad.

You can also tap the download arrow beside Safari’s address bar to see recent downloads.

Android

1. Open Files, Files by Google, or My Files. The name varies by device.
2. Open Downloads and tap the book file.

If you downloaded it with Chrome, you can also open Chrome’s menu and tap Downloads.

macOS

1. Open Finder.
2. Select Downloads in the sidebar and double-click the book file.

You can also use your browser’s download button to open its list of recent downloads.

Windows

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Select Downloads in the sidebar and double-click the book file.

You can also open your browser’s downloads list or press Ctrl + J to find a recent download.

Shipped products

A tracking number will be provided when your order ships so you can follow its progress with the carrier. If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and include your order number so we can help.

Finding your purchases later

Sign in to your account using the email address you entered at checkout. We will send you a sign-in link; no password is needed. Open an order to view its status and available downloads.

If your email has not arrived

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are checking the email address used for the purchase. You can also retrieve your order through your account. If you entered the wrong email address, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Help with a download

If a file is missing, a link does not work, or you cannot open a download, try opening the order again and use an application that supports the format listed on the product page.

If you still need help, use our contact form. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Please do not include payment card details or private download links.
