1. Agreement

By accessing Mind of War or purchasing any product offered here, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. Products

We sell digital field manuals delivered electronically. Each product description, including price, is shown at the point of sale. We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Creem, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is therefore a transaction with Creem, who handles billing, tax, and payment compliance on our behalf. By completing checkout you also agree to Creem's applicable terms.

4. Delivery

Access to purchased products is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam or filtered folders.

5. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order ahead of their release. When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged in full at checkout and the product is delivered to the email you provided as soon as it is released. We will keep you informed of your order status and the expected release date by email.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product is released. Once it has been released and delivered, the standard refund terms below apply.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund period on all products. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase through our contact page and we'll refund your payment in full. After 7 days, sales are final. Refunds are processed through Creem.

7. License & Use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and read the product for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is," for informational and educational purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind of War is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its products or this site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
