The store

Mind of War is operated by Haligraph Publishing. We publish and sell books in the formats and editions described on each book page. Book details, availability, currency, and price are shown on the relevant book or checkout page.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued.

Delivery

Books are delivered in the format and by the method described at checkout or in your order confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a working email address and shipping address when required.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless a book states otherwise, your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share unauthorized copies of a book or its contents without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the relevant book page, purchases are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund or help with an order, use our contact form and include the order email and order number.

Informational purpose

Our books are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or operational advice. You remain responsible for how you use the material and for complying with applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update the site, books, and these terms. We may suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, misuse, or legal compliance. The current version posted here applies from its stated update date.
