Where are my files?

What format should I choose?

My PDF won’t open

Most devices have built-in PDF readers. If yours doesn’t, download Adobe Reader (free). Still having issues? Your download might be incomplete. Try again or contact support.

My EPUB files won’t open

EPUBs need an e-reader app. We recommend:

• Google Play Books for Android
• Kindle for iOS or Android

My audiobook isn’t working

M4B files work with:

• Apple Books
• iTunes
